Why does anyone set up their own business? For most of us, it’s simply the desire to do things better. The desire to give people an experience that they’ve never had before.
That’s certainly what drove us. Tired of an industry that felt reactive, slow moving and more focused on process than people, we knew we could do better. A&B was born.

Sarah
Sarah set up A&B in early 2018 after many years working in practice. That experience showed her first hand what clients actually wanted (and what they often weren't getting from traditional accountants). Whether it's helping them to prepare their year-end accounts, taking care of statutory reporting or advising them on tax efficiencies, Sarah always puts our clients' needs first - living and breathing A&B's values everyday.
Andy
Andy joined A&B a year later, after nearly a decade in the corporate world as a management accountant. Like Sarah, he'd also seen that the added value offered by quality financial planning and analysis is too often overlooked by most practice accountants. Today, Andy enjoys being able to give these critical financial management insights directly to business owners, helping them to better make the decisions they need to grow.
